Exchanges for Products
a. With the exception of below, all skincare products and services are considered final sale, and are non-refundable.
b. Should a valid medical condition prevent the customer from using an already purchased product, we offer the following options:
- The customer can apply the remaining balance of the service to another service or product of equivalent value.
- If within six (6) months of the purchase, a medical note from the physician is provided, explaining the customer's inability to use the purchased product, Medspa will provide a credit matching the purchase amount to the customer’s Medspa wallet.
Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects
Within fourteen (14) days of purchase, and upon presenting proof of purchase, medspa allows for the return of skincare products in the event such product has sustained a manufacturing defect. Medspa has sole discretion over any replacement of products.
